Writing arm

There's something sad about the fact that, after 10 uninterrupted minutes of writing with a pen in a paper notebook, my hand muscles ache and the tendons in my arm feel like they've been pulled from their dockings.

The less time I spend writing the more often I experience pain in my hand when I do.

Yeah, that's probably it. I should spend less time typing notes and more time writing them. It just puzzled me last night as I was scrawling. My handwriting sucks on top of it.

The saddest thing for me is this: I used to be able to compose my thoughts with paper and pen, and then I would type them up. Now I just can't do it. I am so used to writing via typing, and editing on the fly, that I find I can't write via pen and paper any more, or at least not well, or at least I don't have the patience to do it. My brain skitters off to something else, and I give up, and have to go back to typing on the computer.
